Hendon Waterside in NLA’s Public Housing Study

Hutchinson & Partners’ design for the final phase of Barratt and Metropolitan’s Hendon Waterside masterplan has been included within the NLA’s Research Paper, and accompanying exhibition, exploring the new wave of Public Housing infrastructure that is starting to emerge in 2019. The research will seek to identify what the sector needs to do to deliver viable, popular, high-quality council housing on estates as well as in Opportunity Areas and on smaller sites across London, looking at the mechanisms at play from policy and funding, to design, engagement, procurement and management.
