The team recently went to site to see the fast paced progress of construction on犀利士

the first phase of the Silkstream project for St.George.

Hutchinson & Partners gained planning in 2020 for the first phase of the mixed use scheme in Hendon, which will comprise 770 mixed tenure homes across 9 buildings set amongst raised courtyard gardens. Phase 1 will also include a new supermarket as well as residential amenities including a gym and screening room.

The ground works for the first phase of the project are completing, and work on the superstructure has begun. The Sales & Marketing Suite is now open and contains a large scale model of the proposed development showing the first three buildings to complete, alongside the show flats. Phase 1 is scheduled to fully complete by 2028 and Phase 2 by 2031.

Phase 1 and Phase 2, designed by Makower Architects will deliver 1,309 new homes in total and a new public park, designed by Murdoch Wickham as well as the opening up of the historic Silk Stream which runs along the edge of the site. 35% of the new homes will be affordable housing.

Its great to see the project emerging, and impressive to see the speed with which it is progressing. Well done to all involved!

Unser Team besuchte vor Kurzem die Silkstream-Baustelle, um sich die raschen Fortschritte der ersten Bauphase dieses im Auftrag des Bauherren St. Georges durchgeführten Projekts anzusehen.

Im Jahr 2020 erlangte Hutchinson & Partners die Baugenehmigung für Phase 1 des Mischnutzungs-Projektes „Hendon“ – hierbei handelt es sich um 9 Gebäude inmitten von Hofgärten in denen insgesamt 778 Wohnungen mit gemischten Besitzverhältnissen angelegt sind. Im Rahmen der ersten Bauphase sind ebenfalls ein Supermarkt sowie Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen einschließlich Fitnessstudio und Kino geplant.

Die Fundamentarbeiten der ersten Phase sind so gut wie abgeschlossen, und die Konstruktion des Rohbaus hat begonnen. Die Vertriebs- und Marketingsuite, in der ein großmaßstäbliches Model der ersten drei Gebäude des geplanten Objektes nebst Ausstellungswohnungen zu bewundern ist, hat nun ihre Türen geöffnet. Der Abschluss von Phase 1 ist für das Jahr 2028, der Abschluss von Phase 2 für das Jahr 2031 geplant.

Durch Phase 1 und die von Makower Architects konzipierte Phase 2 werden insgesamt 1309 neue Wohnungen sowie ein von Murdoch Wickham entworfener öffentlicher Park geschaffen. Ferner wird der am Baugelände vorbeifließende „Silk Stream“ – ein ehemals überirdischer Bach von historischer Bedeutung – wieder freigelegt. Sozialer Wohnraum wird 35% des Wohnraumbestandes ausmachen.

Es ist großartig, die Entstehung sowie die beindruckende Geschwindigkeit des Projektes zu beobachten. Großes Lob an alle Beteiligten!
