For this year's Hutchinson and Partners summer conference, the London team travelled to Berlin to spend a weekend with our colleagues there. Friday began with a communal lunch in the Berlin office, followed by a stroll through Kreuzberg, taking in our project on Zossener Straße before continuing up to Maybach Ufer and back down to Karl-Marx-Straße. Drinks followed at the rooftop bar Klunkerkranich, with dinner at Beuster im Reuterkiez rounding off the evening.

Saturday started with a rooftop breakfast at the Humboldt Forum on Museumsinsel, followed by a walk along Unter den Linden taking in some of Berlin's landmark sights — Bebelplatz, St. Hedwigs-Kathedrale, Neue Wache, Pariser Platz, the Brandenburg Gate and the Regierungsviertel. The weekend closed out with a beer garden lunch at Zollpackhof.
