Hutchinson & Partners are pleased to report that Phase 6 of the Barratt London and MTVH West Hendon development has been submitted for Gateway 2 approval. Phase 6 comprises 341 apartments arranged in a composition of four buildings around a central podium garden facing onto the Welsh Harp. The composition includes a 29-storey tower that forms the tallest building in the Allies & Morrison West Hendon masterplan. Hutchinson & Partners gained planning consent for Phase 6 in 2018 with an updated consent in 2023 to address changes in legislation and guidance with further amendments in 2025.

Subject to BSR approval, construction is due to commence in March 2027 with completion by November 2029.
