Matteo joined Hutchinson & Partners in November 2020, having previously worked for five years at Karakusevic Carson Architects, where he was involved in multiple affordable housing projects in London.

Before moving to the UK in 2015, he completed a MSc at TU Delft, a MA at Manchester School of Architecture and a BSc at Politecnico di Milano. He also studied at ETSA Granada as part of the Erasmus programme, and participated in international design workshops in Toronto and Marrakech.

Matteo is primarily interested in residential architecture, especially in the relationship between the domestic, intimate, private spaces of dwelling and the public domains of communal spaces, thresholds and urban realm.

Matteo ist seit November 2020 bei Hutchinson & Partners tätig. Zuvor arbeitete er fünf Jahre lang bei Karakusevic Carson Architects, wo er an mehreren Projekten im Bereich des sozialen Wohnungsbaus in London beteiligt war.

Bevor er 2015 nach Großbritannien zog, absolvierte Matteo einen MSc an der TU Delft, einen MA an der Manchester School of Architecture sowie einen BSc am Politecnico di Milano. Im Rahmen des Erasmus-Programms studierte er außerdem an der ETSA Granada und nahm an internationalen Design-Workshops in Toronto und Marrakesch teil.

Sein besonderes Interesse gilt der Wohnarchitektur, insbesondere der Beziehung zwischen privaten, häuslichen Wohnräumen und den öffentlichen Bereichen von Gemeinschaftsräumen, Schwellenzonen und dem städtischen Raum.
