We are very pleased to report that Hutchinson & Partners have been appointed on a new project in Berlin. The project, for Trei Real Estate, is located in Pankow on a prominent corner and seeks to regenerate the site into a mixed use scheme comprising new build-to-rent apartments above retail space. All being well we hope to submit a planning application in the early part of 2023.

The project will be designed to the DGNB Gold sustainability standard and will also be coordinated in BIM.

Herman-Hesse Straße is our second project with Trei, following on from our appointment in 2020 on a project in Kreuzberg, which earlier this year gained a Vorbescheid, a key preliminary first step on the project’s journey through the planning system.

Wir freuen uns über die Beauftragung für ein neues Projekt in Berlin. Bei diesem Projekt für die Trei Real Estate, handelt es sich um die Nachverdichtung einer bestehenden Gewerbeimmobilie in Pankow durch eine neue Mischnutzungsbebauung, bestehend aus Einzelhandelsfläche und Mietwohnungen. Der Bauantrag ist für das Frühjahr 2023 geplant.

Die Hermann-Hesse-Straße ist unser zweites Projekt mit Trei, nachdem wir 2020 für das Projekt in Kreuzberg einen positiven Vorbescheid erzielen konnten und somit die Grundlage für die weitere Planung geschaffen haben.
